The best jobs in golf were never on LinkedIn.
It started in a group chat. A buddy was trying to land a brand gig at a small label out of Costa Mesa. The role wasn't posted anywhere. It lived in a Slack thread between three people who already worked there.
We started reposting roles like that on an Instagram account. A few hundred follows turned into a few thousand. Brands DM'd us. Caddie programs DM'd us. Founders DM'd us. The signal was obvious: the golf industry was hiring through vibes, and nobody had built the front door.
So we built it. Cool Golf Jobs is part job board, part culture hub, the place to find your next role at Malbon, your next loop at Bandon, or your next cofounder for the thing you've been sketching on scorecards.
